Maestro Events UAE issues purchased E-Tickets as PDF files with barcode number via email instantly after order payment confirmation email however sometimes it can take 24-72 hours to send e-tickets (PDF) by email to customer.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide a working, correct email address for Ticket delivery and to check their Inbox for the email containing the PDF of the Ticket.
This PDF can be printed by the Customer and used as an entry Ticket; customer can also use the electronic PDF Ticket and scan that barcode number at the entrance or give the ticket number which are placed on the E-Ticket directly from the Email without take print out.
Electronic Tickets purchased can be printed at any time from the “My Calendar” section of the Website provided the Customer has logged into their account.

There are normally no charges for delivery of Bulk Tickets printed out from our E-Ticket printing service however for some events Fee can be possible.
Tickets delivery by courier is done within 7 working days of order placement however sometimes tickets are delivered to clients by courier 7-15 days prior to the event date on advice of organizer. Delivery Fee or Charges has to be paid by customer on top of ticket cost & booking fees. There are charges to send tickets by courier which vary from one event to another.
In the instance when wrong, defective, damaged or tampered tickets are received by customer then customer must inform the company by call and email and replacement tickets will be issued again for customer without any extra costs.
