/Refund Policy

maestroevents.ae sells tickets on behalf of promoters who are responsible for the event organization and management. maestroevents.ae takes an understanding approach to refunds and acts as an escrow between the customer and event organizer, below rules are applied to all ticket purchases unless stated otherwise on the ticket.
Customer can apply for a refund in below scenarios:

• Must apply 72 hours before the event starts. This rule excludes events with extra terms and conditions from the seller where refunds are prohibited.
• Event Cancellation.
• Event date change.

 

Due to the fact that all of our equipment is by reservation only, and your requested equipment is removed from our available equipment list, making it unavailable for other clients. We are forced to charge a Cancellation Fee to compensate for the time the equipment is not available, as follows:

 

Cancellation on the day of Event – 100% of the total rental invoice
Less Than 48Hours Notice up to day of event – 50% of the total rental invoice (except Special Order items)

 

More Than 48Hours Notice – No Fee (except Special Order items)
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (Carpets, Fabric, Custom Stages, Set Design, etc) – 100% of the total rental invoice

Events Cancelled Due to Weather:

 

RAIN DATE TERMS – EXCEPT STAGES & TRUSSING:
We DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS for rain date cancellations. You have the opportunity to reschedule your event, if you choose not to, it is the same as cancelling your event SAME-DAY and as such our SAME-DAY Cancellation policy is applied.

 

RAIN DATE TERMS – STAGES (MOBILE & PORTABLE) & TRUSSING:
There is an additional 25% Restocking Fee if your order is cancelled within 48 hours of your rental. Our stages and trussing items are large & bulky, and many times pulled 1-2 days before a rental to ensure everything is tested and safe for use for your event. Some stages also get a fresh coat of paint, depending on event type. Our mobile truck stages begin incurring costs as soon as it leaves our warehouse. This takes time out from our other duties to perform, and as such a restocking fee must be charged.
Same day cancellations due to acts of God (illness, death, weather, etc) will be charged only actual costs incurred by Maestro Events LLC if the Job is rescheduled within 3 months.

 

We DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS for rain date cancellations. You have the opportunity to reschedule your event, if you choose not to, it is the same as cancelling your event SAME-DAY and as such our SAME-DAY Cancellation policy is applied.

 

If you need to cancel, please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
In all other circumstances once customer has collected the paper ticket from maestroevents.ae, It will be Promoter’s/Seller’s duty to refund the ticket if an issue arises. Promoters/Seller refund policy will apply in this case. maestroeventsuae.com therefore will not be held liable to refund the tickets in such a case.
All refunds will be made minus 5% transaction fee (Subject to change based on Processing Bank) which is charged by the processing bank, or any other transaction fee as charged by the processing Bank, and will be indicated in terms and conditions if it varies from the percentage above.

To gain a refund on tickets for a cancelled or rescheduled event please contacts us. Please make sure to give us your transaction number, ticket number, email address, full name and telephone number. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
