Our aim is to provide you with simple and quick way of buying tickets online. Anyone that buys tickets via maestroevents.ae therefore accepts the below agreement with Maestro Events LLC

the parent company and owner of maestroevents.ae’s intellectual property.

In this agreement:

Maestro Events LLC is referred to as “maestroevents.ae
• The individual that is making an online purchase of the product is referred to as “Customer”.
• Product Owner is referred to as “Seller/Promotor”.



The following policies apply to your purchase of tickets through maestroevents.ae and are subject to our Terms of Use, which are incorporated by this reference. Our goal is to make your purchasing experience as simple and convenient as possible, so that we can get you on your way to the event as smoothly as possible. The following policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms or restrictions set forth on that ticket or as stated by the venue or the promoter of the event.



All ticket prices are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams. All purchases are made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams. Your bank might charge you for a currency conversion if you are buying from country other than United Arab Emirates.



Tickets can be purchased online using valid Visa or MasterCard credit cards only. Your bank might charge you an additional amount if you are using an international credit card.



maestroevents.ae acts as the ticketing agent to the promoter , the person or entity responsible for selling/renting a product, which means maestroevents.ae does not set the prices or determine the delivery/pickup options and rates.
However, maestroevents.ae does not control this inventory or its availability this is controlled solely by the Promoter/Seller.



Once you have confirmed your order of tickets, you will receive an email with an Order Number and Invoice. You will have 10 minutes to submit your payment through the online payment system or your order will be automatically cancelled and you will need to start again. Once you have submitted payment information online and your ticket purchase is successful, you will see a Payment Status page online. You will also receive an Order Confirmation with your e-tickets attached via email to the email address inbox you supply on the online booking form. If you do not find your Order Confirmation with your e-tickets in your inbox please check your Spam/Junk folder. To avoid our emails being seen as junk, please add our “From” address to your Address Book.
The information contained on your Order Confirmation and e-tickets is important and you should keep it safely. Your e-tickets contain a unique Barcode which should be quoted in any correspondence and it will be required for you to collect your physical tickets when they become available.
If you do not receive an Order Confirmation with e-tickets (in the form of an Order Confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information (but especially if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information), it is your responsibility to confirm with maestroevents.ae on the following email address (info@maestroevents.ae) to confirm that your order has been placed. If it has, we will ensure you get your Order Confirmation with your e-tickets. If we confirm that the order was not placed, you may safely reorder online.
maestroevents.ae is not responsible for any loss you may incur if you fail to confirm with us before the delivery/pickup date of the rental product.



When purchasing tickets on maestroevents.ae, you may be limited to a specified selection of a number of products. This limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. We do this to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. If you order more than 3 tickets, we may contact you for verification and request photo identification so that we can reduce the instances of fraud. If we suspect fraud, we may in our sole discretion cancel the purchase and refund the ticket value to the credit card used for the transaction.



Customer may assign an Agent over the age of 18 to act for the Customer to pick-up, receive, drop off, setup or operate Equipment. Customer agrees to notify Maestro Events LLC in writing/email when assigning an Agent to pick-up or receive Equipment. Customer agrees to inform Agent of their responsibilities under this agreement including but not limited to their time availability, receiving instruction, proper equipment operation and Equipment pickup and/or return time. Use of an Agent does not limit Customer responsibilities under this Agreement in any way.



The date that Maestro Events LLC confirms Job pricing and availability in writing to Customer with a Job status as “CONFIRMED”, generally via a confirmation email with Job attachment.



Maestro Events LLC standard policy is to reserve Equipment for Customer by charging 100% of the Job total to Customer credit/debit card the week of the lease start date. Other payment methods and terms are subject to Maestro Events LLC approval. Outstanding balances at Job End Date will be charged to Customer credit card on file. Outstanding balances may arise from these or other events: extended rental time, damaged Equipment, missing items, Labor overtime or additional Equipment added to Job after Start Date.



Orders cancelled 48 hours prior to Job Start Date may be subject to a cancellation charge up to 50%. Cancellation 24 hours prior to Job Start Date, is subject to 100% charge of the first day rental. Cancellations due to acts of God (illness, death, weather, etc) will be charged only actual costs incurred by Maestro Events LLC if the Job is rescheduled within 3 months.



If applicable, Customer agrees to be available during the Delivery/Setup and Pickup Time window described on Job. Redelivery or re-pickup due to Customer not being present for delivery or pickup is subject to additional delivery charges. Customer is responsible for Maestro Events LLC safe and open access to the Job location for delivery, setup, operation and breakdown tasks.



The customer agrees to be available to receive operational instructions from Maestro Events LLC at time of pickup or delivery and to take possession of Equipment only upon full understanding of Equipment operation. Customer agrees to inform Maestro Events LLC when using Equipment outdoors and follow any specific instructions regarding outdoor use. Customer agrees to notify Maestro Events LLC when taking equipment to another Emirate. Customer agrees not to expose Equipment to harsh conditions including but not limited to: dust, sand, moisture, extended direct sunlight or heat sources. Customer agrees to use care in handling Equipment including placing Equipment on secure, level surfaces; properly securing cables to prevent tripping and accidental power down; and securing Equipment for safe and secure transportation and storage. Labor fees for dispatching a technical support rep may apply if Equipment is found to be reconfigured after it left Maestro Events LLC possession or Customer did not make best efforts to follow steps outlined on provided documentation and/or instructions provided during receiving. Cleaning fees and or damage charge may be incurred if evidence of exposure to harsh conditions exists upon Equipment return.



Labor charges on the Job, if applicable, are estimates based on Maestro Events LLC understanding of the event and Job requirements. Labor charges are subject to modification if the Job requirements deviate from the original agreement.



Rental Period extends from the Customer Pickup or Delivery/Setup date and time to the Customer Return or Available Pickup date and time. Late returns are subject to additional charges at Maestro Events LLC daily Equipment rental rate.



Customer is responsible for all damage to Equipment from any cause whatsoever incurred while in possession of Equipment. Maestro Events LLC will inspect all Equipment before delivery and returned from Customer and will notify of any charges within 24 hours of the equipment return. Maestro Events LLC Technician onsite during Job does may not release Customer from damaged Equipment liability. Customer is responsible for the equipment damages caused by their attendees at Job.



Customer is responsible for loss from any cause whatsoever incurred while in possession of Equipment, including theft. Failure to return Equipment per agreement terms with no communication from the Customer after 24 hours of Job End Date, will void this Agreement and Equipment shall be considered stolen goods, prosecutable in accordance with UAE Law. Customer credit card on file can be charged for Equipment unreturned. Customer is responsible for all costs associated in recovering missing Equipment, or cost of Equipment, included but not limited to cost associated with repossession, legal fees and collections.



Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Maestro Events LLC for damages and liability to rented items, persons and property resulting from the use or misuse of the rented items. Customer assumes all risk of any and all injuries or any kind including wrongful death resulting from use or misuse of rented items. Customer agrees to hold Maestro Events LLC its officers and employees free and harmless from and to indemnify and defend Maestro Events LLC against any and all suites, actions, proceedings, claims, judgments, demands, costs and charges for legal expenses and penalties resulting from injury or damage to any and all persons and property arising out of or in connection with the rented items herein.



Maestro Events LLC does not support copyright infringement, including but not limited to public display and reproduction of copyrighted material. Maestro Events LLC reserves the right to refuse rental of Equipment when Customer cannot provide proper documentation for use of copyright material.



Customer responsibility under this agreement remains with the Customer in the event of subleases, subrentals, or assignments of the Equipment to any other party.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Otherwise, additional charges may apply. Please read our cancellation policy for details.



You can choose to collect/get delivery of your selected rental products. You will need to present the printed e-ticket with its unique Barcode together with your valid official photo ID at the point of collection of equipment.



Unlawful resale (or attempted resale), counterfeit or copy of tickets is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by the promoter, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of maestroeventsuae.com trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to maestroeventsuae.com consent. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile. Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
